Turbo App Project Manager (m/w/d)

Plan, coordinate, and manage the development of rider facing applications within the e-bike category at Specialized in Cham, Switzerland.

Can you coordinate needs and asks between multiple stakeholders within a global organization and collaborate with the teams to develop an executable plan? How you will make a difference

  • Working with our Turbo team in Switzerland, you will be coordinating app-based outcomes to enhance the Specialized Turbo ownership experience
  • Coordinate and moderate stakeholder requirements and asks
  • High level release timeline management
  • Document project status to all stakeholders
  • Ensures UI/UX is aligned with company standards
  • Handle app store content & feedback
  • Manage app testing and communication to field testers and beta testers

What you need to win

  • Cross-functional ability to experiment, simulate, and execute
  • Ability to document, communicate and oversee work by third parties
  • Articulate and passionate about explaining technical issues in a clear and understandable way
  • Strong UI/UX design capabilities coupled with presentation skills to audiences of a broad ranging background
  • Ability to ask the right questions to innovate - “What do I need to know to make this better?”
  • Ability to work in a very dynamic and fast-moving pace environment
  • Willingness to travel, as work will be done in Switzerland, but highly coordinated with Specialized offices in Morgan Hill, CA and Boulder, CO (USA)

Preferred qualifications

  • BA/BS in business project management, psychology, or comparable real-life related experience managing consumer application development
  • Experience with sketch files and invision prototype production
  • Working knowledge of web, mobile and app best practices and limitations
  • Experience with consumer bike electronics and fitness devices a plus
  • Excellent analytics, reporting and documentation skills
  • Great communicator
  • Fluent in English
  • JIRA & Confluence knowledge a plus
