e-Bike Education Content Manager (w/m/d)

To strengthen our educational SBCU (Specialized Bicycle Components University) department within the Turbo e-bike team in Cham, Switzerland, we are seeking an E-Bike Education Content Manager to commence immediately or by agreement. In this role you will be part of our global Turbo team, working closely with the Turbo SBCU Program Manager as well as our Product, Marketing and Service teams to build and advance a modern, digitally-focused education infrastructure that supports our Turbo riders, Retailers and staff.

How you’ll make a difference

1. Build, support and advance a digital Turbo education strategy and experience that:

  • Enables retailers to more easily/effectively sell and service our Turbo products
  • Empowers riders to experience a premium product ownership through convenient access to intuitive educational materials on all things Turbo
  • Enables our internal staff to have easy access to all information to successfully sell our products

 2. Create and maintain digital content to support the Turbo Rider Journey by:

  • Addressing internal and external (retailer, rider) needs
  • Focusing on video format for channels such as the Specialized website, SBCU.com (learning platform) and YouTube
  • Collaborating with SBCU, Rider Care/Service and Marketing for content creation and execution

 3. Monitor, evaluate and strengthen the effectiveness of the educational strategy

  • Assess market adoption rates and support as needed
  • Monitor rider reach and take measures to improve penetration rate
  • Collect qualitative feedback from all recipients to evolve content

What you need to win

  • A passion for cycling and strong interest in the e-bike category
  • Experience in digital content creation and education, especially in video format
  • A degree in communications, marketing or similar
  • Understand our Turbo products in-depth (sales features and technical skills) to deliver both the product story and to explain technical aspects in a meaningful manner, tailored to the needs of the target groups
  • Excellent skills in imagery/video creation, editing and publishing
  • Strong communication skills as you will create the link between SBCU/Rider Care and the Rider/Retailer
  • Ability to multitask effectively among different projects in a fast-paced environment
  • A keen eye for detail, strong communication and leadership skills, and strict adherence to deadline
  • Excellent English skills (written and spoken)
